Pioneertown Motel Direct Booking Audit

Hey!

Below is a sneak peek inside of Modern Hospitality Accelerator, our modern hospitality operator’s advisory program.

Every week, we host workshops and hot seats where members can come up and get live feedback from me and the rest of our MHA Advisors.

Below is a clip of a recent direct booking audit we did for Pioneertown Motel.

In the video, we answer three questions:

How do you turn more of your mobile visitors into direct bookings without a complete overhaul of your site?
How do you keep high-intent guests moving toward checkout without burying them in too much information?
How do you put your best experiences front and center even if they're buried on your site today?

Enjoy!
